This is a follow-up to the update that given on 15th June. If you use Internet Explorer or Edge to access Macro then it is essential to ensure that compatibility settings are NOT in use for 'nottingham.ac.uk'. Instructions on how to check this and how to remove compatibility settings can be found here
Failure to do this may lead to data entry issues in Macro.
15th June 2020 - important update - please read

If you experience a data entry problem please report it. To help us investigate the issues you report please bear the following in mind:
Please refer to the update 30th June (above) before proceeding.
You may decide to simply try again first or try another approach to complete data entry. However, if you repeatedly experience the same data entry problem please report it to your trial team asap, leaving the data unentered. This way we can investigate the problem while it still exists.
When you report a problem please give us as much information as possible:
Give a full description of problem experienced. For example if you had problems saving data : “I entered data onto the form, clicked save at which point I was logged out of Macro. When I logged back in, the data I entered had not been saved. I asked colleague to try, and they managed to enter and save data with no problems”.
We also need as much supporting information as possible:
Date and time problem occurred
Form name, visit and field(s) concerned
Your full name and Macro user ID and the same for any other colleagues involved
Browser used and version e.g. Chrome - version 83.0.4103.97. In Chrome this can be found by going to "Help" and then "About google chrome" from the menu.
28th May 2020 - the "Forgot password?" on the Macro login page is now working.
10th Dec 2019 - important update - please read the following before continuing to use Macro.
Please note the FEED-1 and POSNOC databases have been migrated onto a newer version of Macro. You may notice some cosmetic changes (screen colours etc) and there are very minor improvements to the functionality.
It is also no longer a requirement that you use Internet Explorer as the browser to access this newer version of Macro:
If you continue to use Internet Explorer to access this version of Macro, then it is essential to ensure that compatibility settings are NOT in use for 'nottingham.ac.uk'. Instructions on checking this and how to remove compatibility settings can be found here
Instructions we gave for the previous version of Macro were contrary to this (specifying that compatibility settings were to be used for 'nottingham.ac.uk'). It therefore important for you to check this setting and remove it where found.
